Zambia Children’s Climate Council (ZCCC)
Child-led climate governance and advocacy for Zambia’s young climate leaders

About This Project
The Zambia Children’s Climate Council (ZCCC) is a child-led advisory body established in 2024 and endorsed by the Ministry of Green Economy and Environment. It empowers children to participate in climate policy, influence national and local climate action, and advocate for inclusive, sustainable solutions across Zambia.
This project is a critical component of our Strategic Plan 2023-2027: Nature Based Action for a Just and Prosperous Nation. Through collaborative efforts with communities, government, partners and civil society, we are driving transformative change.
